今天瑜珈老師程老師看著我問我有沒有被嚇到，說我的臉色很糟，而她看到我就想起她也在遠方工作的女兒，想到女兒在異鄉無依無靠，靠著很多好心人幫助，所以她也想關心我、幫助我。
